TrayPlugin
Minimizes Sylpheed to tray, allows startup in fullscreen or minimzed mode.

devil_viewer
Plugin for viewing images inline. Requires DLLs from DevIl-EndUser package accessible in your path (e.g. put them into your Windows directory).
The DevIl library can be downloaded here or from http://openil.sourceforge.net

VirCheck
Allows to pass incoming mails to commandline virus scanners.
